Martin Piltch, Ph.D.

Dr. Piltch holds a M.S. and Ph.D. from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and a M.B.A. from the University of New Mexico. During 1970–72 he did a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysikalische Chemie. For more than 20 years, Dr. Piltch has been in laser physics and quantum electronics at Los Alamos National Laboratory. For many years he was Group Leader for Advance Laser and Systems Technology of the Chemical Science and Technology Division. In 1981, Dr. Piltch was the Guest Scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Quantenoptik while on sabbatical from Los Alamos. He has authored many technical articles and holds patents in laser physics applications.
