COMMENTS:	The witness was on patrol. He was the flight chief. He and the other witness saw this light flying across the sky in a zig-zag, erratic pattern, which conventional military or civilian aircraft could not do. He went to flight control. Tower operator said he hadn't seen anything. A commander at the command post assured this witness that he did not want the hassle that went with reporting a UFO. This was in Germany at the height of Cold War tensions.
