COMMENTS:	Red light went straight up from under where UFO had been and made several erratic movements, sometimes splitting into 2, for 20 min. About 20 seconds after the UFO passed over some townhouses, a red light (same size) shot up then flew back and forth around the houses for 20 minutes. It faded in and out occasionally.
